Just to update a little bit :D
Last week was the investiture,
& it was awesome!
Me & Mabel were the emcees,
and i think we did great (:
even though there were last minute changes,
but we still managed to read it out smoothly,
YAY US <3!

& I wanna say thanks to my husband SAMANTHA BARNES!
Thank you so much,
through these tough times and through all my stress and unhappiness,
you've been supporting me all the way!
Your little actions like partnering me during lit,
meeting me everyday & buying sweets together,
buying bubble tea together,
and offering to cheer me up right after you knew i was sad,
your constant cheerfulness,
it really helped me through these trials and tribulations i have been feeling.

hahaha.
hmm, first two weeks have been busy,
all the ss, amath and physics homework had me busy.
and trying to understand emath and chemistry.
busy busy.
anyway,
got some time to rest cause tmr is sports day and then good friday,
which means long weekend :D
i like long weekends!
got time to finally relax,
and can get away from all the stress,
and and more time to do homework (:

i ran last for the 400m heats yesterday ):
i chiong-ed for the first 200m,
which was a mistake.
then my knee started to throb,
so instinctively,
i slowed down,
then my shoelace came out.
LOL. so yeah, i struggled to run to the finish line.
but i made it.
thanks to people who cheered me on,
even though i was last.
it was really nice of them (:

yeah, so since my knee still hurts,
i dropped out of 4x400m,
cause i dont think i'll make it.
will just run the chungcheng 71 run instead.
maybe i'll just run more rounds bah :D
haha, hope to run at least 5 or 6 rounds bah?

taekwondo competition inching closer and closer.
need to focus and maintain composure.

national science challenge is also getting nearer ):
i hope we can make it,
but i kinda hopeso.
he display teamwork in our experiment,
but in real life we are no team at all.
i hope we can bond closer and be like a real team.

its alright. i'll just try not to be hurt.
i feel like everyday is just a test to me.
to see what will happen next.
but i think its over.
i know who you chose already.
i guess i was a fool to think i was even one of the choices.

i wished i would just shut up.
i feel guilty now.
now reading and watching,
i find that maybe this whole thing was my fault.
writing all that was so uncalled for.
instead of looking at myself,
i only saw others' imperfections,
instead of looking myself in the mirror,
i only know how to critisize.
in my mind,
i think that everyone is bad and i am good.
i think i'm a hero, when i'm actually the villian.
i didnt think that maybe i had hurt her.
well i did.
i'm so selfish.
i only think of myself,
and the tears i shed,

if she did shed any, that is.
i am so idiotic.

i wish she could understand.
i wish that we could go back.
but she doesnt understand how i feel.
she always goes far far away.
and i can never find her.
but when i do,
all she ever says is mentions her name.
but what about herself.
she just leaves me alone, and sometimes i want to talk to her.
but its clear that she just doesnt want to.
she probably thinks i would rather talk to her.
but thats not true okay.
i am trying my best to look out for her,
but she just refuses to tell me anything.
i miss when she would spend her time with me,
and when she used to be so excited to talk to me.
nowadays i think she just finds me a pain to her.
i didnt know our friendship was so fragile.
instead she would rather spend her time with others,
thinking that i dont want to spend time with her either.
everyday after school she's gone.
i have nothing to say anymore.
i know rules are meant to be broken,
but what about friendships?
maybe ours wasnt to last anyway.
i really treated her like my friend,

finally the CT is over!
but yet tmr is when "all hell breaks loose" -.-
LOL.
everything was so hard,
except maybe amath, hoping to get an A for it.
and maybe try to get an A for emath and physics,
but the rest i'll just aim for a decent pass.

super excited for the bintan trip!
i've never been there but i can just imagine it,
and plus all the fun stuff we'll be doing,
super duper funnnnnnnn!
like what,
climbing up trees,
rock climbing (my favourite sport ever! <3),
making mosquito nets (which i think we're gonna need :O),
and loads of other cool stuff (:
super excited! its gonna be tons of fun!

yesterday me and my mom caught 'dear john' at amk hub,
we also ate some sushi and sweet potato,
and shopped for kim's birthday present,
the movie was alright,
the ending left me and my mom feeling like its not really the end.
haha, but yeah, i still cried my eyes out.
it was really sad );
you have to watch it to understand i guess.

anyway,
today was kim's borthday celebration at church!
cake and presents!
and we ended up late for cathechism class,
but its okay :D
it was really great,
laughing at kim's hannah montana book,
that alethea and audrey bought.
that was so hilarious,
and the polariod pictures we took with alethea's cam!
and her deep hatred for douglas after he wasted one of her polariod shots,
i think he accidentally pressed the button.
and the cake was yummy! (:
the stars! (hahah, go fb! there got loads of pictures!)
today was just awesome!

Hello world! :D

its finally the weekend.
every week i'm just waiting for the weekend ><

hmm, yesterday had PE.
we didnt really do much,
we were kinda late due to the amath test
(which was killer btw)
and then mrs goh said we were doing relay.
a 4 by 50 m relay ._.
very short only,
was grouped with kaijun, fiona and hongyue.
quite fun (:
we won in the end :D
which was quite a surprise cause i thought i would just slow everyone down.
hahah, thanks to my groupmates too!
with kaijun and hongyue, the 1st and 4th runners,
me and fiona would be nothing! (:
thanke everyone.
LOL.

hahaha. actually thats all for yesterday ._.
okay lame.

thursday was more interesting,
had a firedrill which skipped amath lesson,
hahah.
was quite sian listening to the fire drill thingy.
was chatting with kaijun as he sat behind me,
and watching the fire videos,
i saw them before at a civil defence course for NP,
but nonetheless it was still quite interesting to watch.
i kept telling kaijun what was going to happen,
i felt like such a spoiler, LOL! :P
haha, anyways.

it was fun, training for competition!
i need to start training at home too ><

Hi people (: posting a short post using my iPod touch. see, miss ya all so much. Hahah. Today was the cny celebration, and our class did very well ;D won first prize for the Chinese new year deco, and I was so happy as I helped to give out prizes. Today also gave out the best of subject thingy, smiled to twinny as she went up to take her cert. Hehe, then after the convert our whole class stayed back to lao yu sheng with almost all of our beloved teachers. It was such a nice gathering and it helped us bond well (x I took some pictures with twinny and xinting flower, but I'll upload them up when I use my comp again. For now if you wanna go see can go to twinny's blog for pictures I took with her and facebook for the ones I took with xinting. Then after the mini party headed off to junction 8 to watch 'valentines day' (; awesome and hilarious movie which was nice to watch, certainly recommended. Okay people, i'm going off now, bye bye :)

i have found time again to post.
but just a short one bah.
so many tests and stuffs happening soon.
really apologise if i cant post as often as i used to.

hmm, feeling the stress and everything.

these days i have been feeling a little overwhelmed with all the homework.
and sometimes i feel really tired,
and feel moodless.
but still i try to push myself to study for my future.
but i'm wondering why they couldnt teach more during sec 2,
so that sec 3 students didnt need to be so stressed out.
but i guess the school has their own reasons.

i'm wondering why we have been so distant. and i know you are too.
but you also like that what ); you hang out with your volley friends,
and when i eat with you guys, i feel so left out.
and you also always hang out with aneka.
so of course i have to fins others to talk to.
but i hate that we've been so apart.

finally found the time for a proper post!
hmm, these few days has been hectic and stressful.
amath and emath are a struggle for now,
but with my 'math tutor' and amath tuition,
i will conquer all my math-related-obstacles!

as for the sciences,
bio, i love mrs priya's lessons (:
she teaches us in such a non-stressful way,
whereas mrs choo teaches too fast ><
i mean, we cant really catch up,
but i think she's okay lah, just gotta go read up i guess.
for chem, my tuition is helping,
but i still find myself careless. i'll work on it (:
most definately.

now for physics, first chapter still okay,
i dont like light but its still okay :D
as you know,
i love physics!
so yeah (: i would never ever find it tiresome,
or irritating :D hehehe.

sorry for not updating!
its been a busy week,
had psl duties for {discoverchungcheng}.
then wednesday went back to class,
and found out that everything in class was in fast-forward mode.

i dislike the new timetable,
there are no double periods (not even for pe!)
cause each period became 45 mins.
then because of no double periods,
teachers are chionging for the time,
almost all the teachers are way too fast,
like ms woo, mrs choo, mr chang, etc.
but everyone just tries to listen and absorb the info.

lucky there's 5 minute break after each period.
usually during the 5 minutes,
i'll drink water, and try to absorb whatever the 'cher said.

haha. but the first week was okay.
me and christie just have to make-do with our seats.
but yeah, after we moved up,
we can see better, and she's nice (:

hmm, i might not be posting very often due to homework.
i'll only use comp at most 3 times a week.
so, please still tag me and everything :D

pe. was cool,
ran and did pushups, situps with twinny,
hehe, she runs at same pace as me,
and with her running beside me i got the urge not to stop.
finally ran 2 rounds without stopping.
hehehe. proud of myself!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! :D

i changed blogskin! (:
like finally.
been working on it for like 2 hours now,
and its finally done!

went to town with mom,
but only bought a cd,
but it was lady gaga!
i've been wanting it for awhile already,
now i finally have it ;D

anyways. i'm off to watch tv now!

2009:

first half -
started off pretty well,
was doing okay with friends,
and was pretty happy,
but unfortunately my grades were taking a toll,
for the worst.
then, i was starting to feel the stress of the streaming.
i told myself to work hard,
but all to no avail,
cause i still lost a battle to my arch enemy,
the computer.
ended off with bad grades, and tears.

whenever yelaoshi announced the tops in class,
i sighed and wished i was one of them.

toward the end,
i realised that i had lost a friend.
many tears and countless diary entries later,
i told myself i had to let her go.
because, she does not treat me like her friend,
and i told myself that i can't be close to her anymore.
that our times as being close friends were gone.

even times in cca weren't very pleasant,
i even broke down, having sirs and ma'ams asking me,
if i was okay.
i told them i was stressed for studies,
but i think they knew it wasn't studies.
but they were caring, and i really thank them (:

holidays were here,
and i started to read up more,
and be more concerned for studies,
after all, my goal was to get in to 3H '2010.

second half -
i was feeling better,
i had found better friends and i was feeling happier.
i worked hard for studies,
putting everything else in second place.
and finally, i scored very well for the common tests,
i felt so so so happy,
i scored many many A1s, (except my chinese ); )
and felt proud of myself,
after all, i defeated my enemy.

nearing exam time,
i cut myself away from computer,
and dedicated my time to studying,
and really focused on my goal.
my eyes could only see the finish line,
which i worked hard for.

finally, the end of year exams were near.
i gathered all my notes,
and soon me and my study partner xinting were off to--
the library.
thats right.
everyday right after exams,
and also the week before,
we would eat lunch (jia fan of course)
and then put sweets and earpiece into our pockets,
and carried our books and notes to the library.

we would ask each other questions,
and really learn a lot from each other.
sometimes, we were the only ones there,
and we woud study right until 5 when the librarian,
had to tell us to leave,
as the library was closing soon.

and after each exam,
we would tell each other how hard it was,
and say, "aiyah die liao lah"
"i think cannot get A already ): "
haha, but we laughed and prayed,
for good results to come.

finally results were due to be back.
i was pleasantly surprised,
when ms tan mui mui called me up,
because i scored well for mathematics.
it made my day, and i felt glad,
that my days of bad results were finally over.
and when mrs tan called my name,
to say that i got a distinction for science for newsouthwales,
i was shocked, (you can ask xinting), but i was happy.

although i still had a little bit of friends' troubles,
and still teared once in a few days,
my family were encouraging,
and my real friends really supported me.

cca got better for me,
and i passed the drill test and campcraft test,
got loads of badges,
and i felt proud of NPCC.

also,
i made it into SLC. which i was really hoping for.
finally i can make a difference to people's lives,
and i'm glad my new friend jiayi made it in too!

thus, the year has finally ended.
and i think that although this year was not a good one for me,
i look forward to next year,
and i hope for the best!

now, i would like to thank a few people,
for making 2009 bearable.

but why are so many people critisizing him?
yeah yeah, talk so much about how sylvia should have won.
but, she's sure gonna get a contract and produce albums,
so we'll still get to hear her sing,
so whats the big deal?

anyway, sezairi has talent too,
and i for one loved it when he sung 'crazy',
it was a good performance!
why do people have to critisize all the time,
i'm sure everyone has a different taste in music,
you just gotta try to like different types i guess.

yes it is a pity sylvia didnt win,
but dont critisize sezairi for it,
after all, he didnt crown himself the winner,
singaporeans did.

i hate it when the hooks from my braces,
hook onto my tongue,
causing my tongue to bleed,
and for me to moan in pain.

this has happened like countless times,
since i put my braces.
i need to be more careful where i put my tongue ;x

yesterday was CHRISTMAS!
me, emily jie, siow quen, zihui,
wei hock and chifa went to robin sir's house.
haha, we had fun over there talking,
and at the arcade,
and the girls all went to play the drum thing,
and take neoprints (:
and at sir's house charmaine was there :D
so i passed her her christmas present,
and they left pretty soon.
then played til around 7 plus,
then took bus home.
haha. was quite a fun day.

oh yeah!
yesterday night, (which means christmas night)
there was a firefly in my room!
really, i'm seriously not kidding.
i laid down on my bed, and looked at my window,
i saw a yellow light,
and at first i thought it was a reflection,
but i stood up (yes, stood up),
and saw that it was a firefly.
it was so cool (:
that time when we did the firefly project,
the website said that singapore doesnt have fireflies.
but since i saw one in my room yesterday,
i'm starting to think that maybe there are fireflies in singapore.

hah.
anyways, will be eating astons tonight at amk,
then going to buy my school shoes at sportslink.

hello everyone.
mood today = weird.
hahah, i also dunno why lah ._.
suddenly talk about the past,
all the unhappy things.
then made me feel some mixed emotions.
everytime i talk about the past i will always feel that way.
oh well.

my sister = 不是人!
she scored 2130/2400 for her SAT exam.
(thats the exam to take if you wanna go to the USA)
and she even made it into stanford and harvard!
but she says she's gonna find one uni with the course of her choice.
._. aiyah. o level that time she's also the same.
she got the government scholarship,
but she chose international school.
but congrats! (:
haha. i'll never be as smart as her!

today's a slacking day.
had chinese tuition.
and omg, so many new hard words x.x
haha. my chinese = cmi.
so yeah, i will work on it!

tmr is the sec 1 registration day!
will be doing PSL duty!
hall + uniform duty!
hope i'll have fun!

BACK FROM NP CAMP! (:

heh, i was so tired i slept for 3+ hours just now.
even when my mom asked me if i wanted to sleep,
i said no but slept anyway. haha.
proves how tired i am! ><

i dont even know what to write now.
hahah. the camp was fun,
changing here and there,
and waking up early just to polish boots.
and forgetting to wear pe shorts,
so just rolled up my track pants,
omg lah. hahaha.
and the promotion parade,
and getting many many badges.
and conducting games and me & weikian played too!
and water parades with salt,
and water parades without salt and daryl complaining,
that he wanted the salt!

not to mention, what fun my group mates are,
chee wei, yan quan me and zihui (;
group 1 rocks :D
we won the second prize for amazing race *claps!*
can just say that yan quan walks really fast.
haha, and we were always trying to overtake others.
competitive spirit!

the lessons on method of instruction were useful,
learnt how to conduct campcraft lessons,
pt, and we enjoyed the first aid and flagstaff lessons,
was really enjoyable.

haha. and the camp standing order number one is:
speak english at all times.
LOL, everyone keep quoting it.
then nobody knows whats camp standing order number two.
hahahaha, joke right.

then finally camp is over.
then i checked my messages:

he really did improve alot this year, and wee joon also!

^ Mr Neo and Ms Wong treated us pizza yesterday!

2D '09 ,
when we started out,
we quarrelled and had many disagreements,
but we managed to get through it all,
and to be a truely bonded class.

We were never the smartest class,
but we perservered,
and now, i can just say,
2D has made a great improvement,
our overall msg is the best out of the other classes,
and our class's number 1 and number 2 are top 2 and 3 students.
congrats jingxi and liyi (:

and, this is my own observation.
i was 23rd in class last year-end,
and my level position was 98 :O
but now, my class position is still 23,
but my level position is 61 (;
huge improvement.

2D has so many great teachers that guide us,
motivate and encourage us,
and always treat us like the best class,
even when we were noisy and disruptive,
they still cared for us and loved us.

had an unlucky day today ><
during pe the rugby ball hit my face,
lucky my braces were fine, cause the ball hit my eyes/nose area.
so actually my nose is kinda pain now.

i dunno whats up with me during school these days.
like, i always feel down and sian,
and i'm just like a zombie who walks around everywhere,
aimlessly, just walking on and on.
maybe i'm just boring ._.

i hate this feeling.
it feels like i'm all alone,
even when theres people beside me,
around me, or even talking to me,
i feel that their hearts are not with me.
but the worst comes,
i am in the canteen.
almost everyone has left to line up,
i'm sitting with samantha,
sharing recess.
my classmates are having a party.
i already went there,
where the cake was, but nobody talked to me or anything,
(like i was invisible)
so i just took my piece of cake and left.
i was seating at a table near the party.
then, as i was going to take a bite of my recess,
i suddenly glanced to the benches where my classmates were,
and guess what i saw?
everyone taking a class photo.
i dropped my spoon onto my plate.
samantha asked me: why arent you taking the photo with them?
and i asked myself the same question.
then i remembered,
'i thought just now i saw some 2D people eating at another table too?'
'oh yeah, someone called them over to take the photo'
but wait, thats not right.
if someone called them over...
why didnt anyone call me over?
this was when i felt that feeling that i oh-so hate.
the feeling of being completely left out,
and being alone.
i picked up my spoon and continued eating.
but since that lunch i havent had much appetite.
even until now. i keep flashing back to that moment.
and when mr neo gave out the photos,
and yian passed me a photo.
i looked at the photo.
and i looked carefully at all the faces.
they are all so happy.
i guess they didnt really need me right?
i'd probably just ruin the whole picture.
but looking at the picture.
somehow i'll know that one day everyone will be looking back,
and smiling at this picture.
but it seems that i am completely erased from this picture.
maybe nobody will remember me anyway.
yes, oh i hate that feeling.
after the dance,

finally blogger is normal.

i am sick!
i went to school yesterday,
just felt some sore throat and cough,
but in class we took temperature,
and i had a fever ):
joanna also.
so we went to the st.john room,
the lady told us to drink some water, then take temp,
ten minutes later.
so we waited and we still had fever,
so my mom had to come fetch me,
(well, she wasnt working cause i was supposed to go to dental)
so she came.
(joanna took a cab home ): )
then my mom took me to the doctor,
and the doctor said i have 7 days mc,
unless by sunday i have no cough and no fever,
then i can go school on monday.
(ah, i heard there was a science test ><)
so yeah. see how. oh, and i had to postpone my dental too -.-

my medicine (tamiflu ;x) is said to have side effects:
- nausea or vomitting
- being dilarious (talking nonsense or having unusual thoughts)

but lucky i have neither, LOL.
i mean, i always talk nonsense and have random thoughts,
so yeah, its kinda a normal thing to me.

i feel so weird now.
cause i have to quarantine myself in my room,
and wear a mask when other people come in,
which by the way,

in a book i read, the world was ugly. no, very ugly. in fact, it was horrendous. people took a drug, called longevity drugs, which, from the name, makes you live forever. therefore, after awhile, too many people are living on this earth. so, a law was made. called 'The Declaration'. no more children were allowed to surface from then onwards. and those who broke the law, were put in prison. except, for the 'illegal' children themselves. they were known as surplus. extra. they went to surplus halls to live, and treated like dirt there. never to set foot on the Outside, they were doomed to obeying everything their House Matron, Mrs Pincent, said. they were trained, to be perfect servants, or Valuable Assets, so to speak. servants, to the selfish, Legal people. who hated surpluses, and felt that tehy didnt even have a right to live. even though it was a happy ending, the surpluses still existed there, in the book. just that, the main character, Anna, escaped from the Surplus hall, and was not surplus anymore. (not because she escaped, its not that simple)

so you see, one wonders whether the world would really be so ugly in the future. in the book, rightfully named, The Declaration, the date is 2140. but i hope, the world never becomes like this. so please. if you want to "change" the world. please do it for the greater good. please.

was fun :D

day #1:
reached and chatted with people,
then went with mabel go find samantha husband (:
was briefed,
and then scolded by an idiotic dumb person.
first did lots of deco stuffs.

was so fun.

filled with laughter and fun.
but ours, it felt like you were having fun,
while i was suffering.
i hate to say it,

okay pe yesterday was down-right horrible!
i was actually excited to run,
i mean finally. (we never get to run during pe)
and then i was happily running alongside xinting,
when it happened,
yes, i had a bad stomach cramp! ):
it sucks y'know, seriously,
i hate stoopid stomach cramps,
and it was so pain that i couldn't continue running!
i had to stop and walk,
and i was only at the 3rd round.
so i walked the last round D;
and i was terribly slow because of that,
my timing was 17 minutes plus,

today was a GOOD day.

had pe for first two periods!
had some 'fun' warm ups.

played badminton with xinny yiu,
after awhile,
joanna said she wants to play with me awhile,

doubles, but no time le,
so went to change.
after that was recess,
but didn't eat,

first of all,

MERRY CHRISTMAS ♥♥

went for midnight mass
ytd night/ this morning. ;DD
was really nice.
the songs rock! hehe.
then after that went home,
was already 1 plus,
and received many christmas smses.
